The Merchant tells me he can teach me many things about dealing with money. He told me that he is an expert about all things that have to do with buying and selling, which is what you would think about a man in a profession such as his. However, when I got the chance to talk to him about this more, it seems to me that he is a fake. I have determined that while the Merchant talks a lot about his success, he is actually very much in debt. It appears to me that he has a problem holding onto his money after he earns it and he only wanted to talk to me to see if I had any money he could borrow. This trip is definitely teaching me a lot about people.
